Salagen is, we understand, pilocarpine in oral form and is sometimes used as a treatment for the dry eye of Sjorgren's Syndrome. It stimulates the secretory glands. We don’t know anything else about it (if you do, write & share it!) and presumably if it were a wonder drug we’d all be using it, but again, it’s one of those things that might be worth looking into.
