Trade name for topography-guided laser procedure performed with the Allegretto Wave laser and the Allegretto Wave Topolyzer topographer.

Topography-guided laser procedures (including T-CAT, C-CAP, TOSCA and CIPTA) have been used occasionally for a number of years to attempt to treat gross ablation defects such as decentration or irregular astigmatism. See related entries for more details.
