Summit's most recent product was the Apex Plus which was used in the late 1990s. Summit purchased Autonomous Technologies (developer of the LADARVision) in 1999 and renamed itself Summit Autonomous, and then was in turn acquired by Alcon in 2000 when the LADARVision was approved for LASIK.
