Additional laser eye surgery intended either (a) to correct remaining (or induced) refractive error if the original surgery resulted in an undercorrection or overcorrection, or (b) to attempt to correct abnormalities caused by earlier surgery or by healing complications which cannot be corrected with glasses or contact lenses.
